Sundays at 11:00 am in my home studio. Grab your mat, a cup of tea, and build community in these gentle classes that will help prepare your body, mind, and spirit for labor. 

Investment:

Early Bird Special: $125 then price will increase to $150

Class size is limited to just 6 women! Please join us with the intention of holding a safe container for you, and for our fellow yoga sisters.

 

 

In our prenatal yoga classes we focus on centering and guided relaxation, as well as light stretching and deep breathing. The benefits of prenatal yoga are well studied and include:

  • Reduction of anxiety, stress, and depression

  • Decrease in lower back pain, nausea, headaches, and shortness of breath

  • Helps the body prepare for labor by creating space in the pelvis and hips

  • Improved blood flow

  • Fosters connection with baby
