Sundays at 10:30 am in my home studio. Grab your mat, a cup of tea, and build community in these gentle classes that will help prepare your body, mind, and spirit for labor. Total investment is $150, which comes to be 25 dollars a class.
In our prenatal yoga classes we focus on centering and guided relaxation, as well as light stretching and deep breathing. The benefits of prenatal yoga are well studied and include:
Reduction of anxiety, stress, and depression
Decrease in lower back pain, nausea, headaches, and shortness of breath
Helps the body prepare for labor by creating space in the pelvis and hips
Improved blood flow
Fosters connection with baby
